Two Rooms

The moving this weekend went relatively smoothly, thanks to the Very Large Truck we borrowed from a friend. I'm feeling better about the two rooms we're currently occupying, but I am *not pleased* about the bathroom. The woman who owns the house has her own bathroom in her master suite, but it has no bathtub, so she uses the one that we also have access to. When we came in last night it was a disaster zone - things strewn all over the floor, a huge rack of half-melted candles occupying the back of the toilet, ponytail holders in the sink and on the floor and on the door handles, and a dubious rug in the middle of it all. I figured she would keep the majority of her stuff in the bathroom in her room, but it looks like it's all in the one we're to use. Plus, the two dogs were left outside very late last night, and barked their fool heads off. The cat was upset at the move, and spent most of the evening under the bed, except for a brief foray out at three am to yowl, play in his litterbox, and hop on and off the bed. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

On the other hand, things could be worse *g*. Now all I have to do is figure out how I'm going to get into work in the mornings, and things will be cool. Mostly.
