Andare, Partire, Tornare ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The List, the ever important List Every once in a while, especially when we're both in bed and it's late and we're feeling chatty, Bemo and I will compile a List. I wouldn't be surprised if most couples had such a list, thing of fantasy though it is - the list is those people which, should the situation ever arise, a respective spouse is given a get out of jail free card. Or, in other words, if Bemo puts Sandra Bullock on his list (and he does, trust me, he does) and Sandy meets him in a grocery store and is immediately captivated by his rugged good looks and three-day beard, he's allowed to be spirited away by her to a temporary love nest. So every once in a while, we mutually ponder our lists, make sure we've eradicated people we no longer feel that burning lust for, and add new, hotter flames. My list has recently changed, with Sean Bean moving onto it and bumping off Harrison Ford (who is looking decidedly ewww these days, and with him hooking up with Skinny McBony, I figure it's best that way). In fact, the delectable Mr. Bean currently holds top spot, followed in close succession by Kenneth Branagh, David Wenham (who has that pretty/ugly thing working for him), Johnny Depp (who actually would be pretty fun just to chat with, I think), Alan Rickman, and Jude Law. Bemo's list is pretty constant - Gina Davis, the aformentioned Sandra Bullock (who I think he wants mostly because he met her when they were at a football game in high school, so he's actually flirted with her in person), and a few others that I should probably remember, so he doesn't go boff some superstar and come home and try and sneak her onto the List.
